Hello everyone!
On behalf of the Chinese government and the Chinese people, and in my own name, I would like to extend a warm welcome and sincere greetings to all the guests participating in the China International Trade in Services Fair in 2021!
With the theme of "Digital Opens the Future, Service Promotes Development" this year's Service Trade Fair, I believe that with the active participation of all parties, it will become a distinctive and fruitful event.
Service trade is an important part of international trade and an important field of international economic and trade cooperation, and plays an important role in building a new development pattern.
We are willing to work with all parties to adhere to open cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win results, and share development opportunities for service trade, so as to promote world economic recovery and growth.
We will increase the level of openness, promote the implementation of the cross-border service trade negative list nationwide, and explore the establishment of a national service trade innovation development demonstration zone; we will expand the cooperation space and increase support for the development of the national service industry under the “Belt and Road” initiative. The world shares the achievements of China’s technological development; we will strengthen the establishment of rules in the service sector, support Beijing and other places in the implementation of international high-level free trade agreement rules to establish a digital trade demonstration zone; we will continue to support the innovation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and deepen the new third board Reform and set up the Beijing Stock Exchange to create a main position for service-innovative small and medium-sized enterprises.
