In Russia, it became possible to register at the place of stay using the "Gosuslugi" service.

At the same time, a visit to the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the MFC is not required, according to the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The corresponding digital service was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in conjunction with the Ministry of Digital Affairs of the Russian Federation.

It is noted that to submit an application to the user and participants in the registration procedure, it is enough to have a confirmed account on the "Gosuslug" portal, as well as the presence of rights registered in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

The digital service is already available in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

The service is provided by more than 2.5 thousand units on migration issues.

“The certificate of registration at the place of residence is received by the user in the personal account of the“ Gosuslug ”portal in the form of an electronic document, certified by a strengthened qualified signature.

The electronic document can then be printed out and presented if necessary.

According to the Deputy Minister of Finance of Russia Mikhail Kotyukov, this section will allow you to communicate more effectively with people, warn them in time, as well as "give competent financial advice at the right place and at the right time."

Starting from the new academic year (2021/2022), it became possible to apply for compensation for part of the parental fee for looking after and caring for children in city and municipal educational organizations that implement preschool education programs.
