This outrageous move by Kiev strikes at the interests of all residents of the region, including tens of thousands of Ukrainian citizens, ”Zakharova said in a statement posted on the Russian Foreign Ministry's website.
According to her, this decision will have a negative impact on the process of resolving the conflict on the Dniester.
She noted that in this way Ukraine discredits itself as a guarantor and mediator in the Transnistrian settlement.
On July 10, the Supreme Court of Justice of Moldova overturned the decision to close 29 polling stations for residents of Transnistria.
