China and the United States have carried out fruitful dialogues and cooperation on important international and regional issues such as bilateral spheres and climate change, bringing tangible benefits to the two countries and their peoples. Wang Yi said that in recent years, Sino-US relations have taken a sharp turn for the worse, with a sharp decline, and facing serious difficulties. The reason is that the US has made a major strategic misjudgment against China.

Now that the ball is on the US side, the US should stop treating China as a threat and adversary, and stop beating and suppressing China all over the world; it should pay attention to and actively respond to the "two lists" and "the two lists" proposed by the Chinese side.
