01 September 2021 A 34-year-old man died after being transported to the San Paolo hospital in serious condition from gunshot wounds.

A 72-year-old would have shot him, according to an initial reconstruction by the carabinieri.

The event took place inside the courtyard of a Milan apartment building.



The shooting took place just before 5pm in a courtyard on Via Ovada.

The carabinieri intervened in force at the crime scene following numerous reports made by the inhabitants of the condominium at both 112 and 118.



From a first reconstruction of the facts, a 72-year-old Italian resident in the condominium in via Ovada, Famagosta area, in the southwestern city, allegedly fired a few gunshots against another 34-year-old man, also Italian. The victim was rushed, in serious condition, with several gunshot wounds to the chest, to the hospital, where he underwent surgery, but did not make it.



The 72-year-old, author of the shots, was found on the ground by the military with a head wound, was medicated and immediately transported in yellow code to the Humanitas hospital in Rozzano.



Some shells and a magazine were found on the spot. Investigations are underway to ascertain the dynamics of the facts, but also to trace the reasons that led to the tragic epilogue.
