He also requested the court to direct the decisive oath to the plaintiff that she did not agree with the defendant after the ruling was issued to amend the fees from 30 thousand dirhams to a new agreement worth 15 thousand dirhams, while the plaintiff took the decisive oath in the form of “I swear by God Almighty that I did not agree with the defendant after the judgment was issued to amend the fees from the first agreed amount of 30,000 dirhams to a new agreement in the amount of 15,000 dirhams.”
