A 34-year-old homeless man was tried in immediate appearance Monday, August 30 by the criminal court of Orléans (Loiret) for having sexually assaulted two residents in the street on August 18.

, he allegedly put his hand on the buttocks of a 27-year-old woman before touching the penis of a 13-year-old college girl through her clothes.
He says he has no memory
The man was quickly arrested by the police and taken into custody where he had masturbated in his cell.
At the hearing, the suspect did not deny the facts but assured not to remember anything.
“I was in an unstable mental state,” quote our colleagues.
However, he was identified by witnesses accompanying the victims and had been filmed by CCTV cameras.
The psychiatrists who examined him evoked a possible impairment of discernment.
The court sentenced him to six months in prison with a two-year probationary period and compulsory care.
He will also be registered in the Fijais, the file of perpetrators of sexual offenses.
