A 68-year-old man lost his life in a traffic accident on Tuesday in Chapelle-sur-Aveyron (Loiret), near Orleans.

The drama occurred in the early morning.

For some reason, the 60-year-old left the road, at a place called Le Cormier, reports

His vehicle rolled twice in a turn and the driver was ejected.

The motorist is a priori the only one involved in the incident.

Supported by the gendarmes then the emergency services

It is a witness of the scene which gave the alert, specifies France 3 Center Val-de-Loire.

The gendarmes, who were the first to arrive, took charge of the victim by giving him a cardiac massage.

Eight firefighters were then dispatched to the scene with four trucks.

Helped by Samu agents, they took over to try to revive the sixty-year-old, in vain.

His death was pronounced shortly before 10 a.m.

According to the local television station, the man did not die instantly but succumbed quickly to his injuries.
