“Slovakia has used all available Sputnik V vaccine from a batch delivered to the country at the beginning of the year.
Additional deliveries under the contract are not planned, ”the press service told TASS.
They noted that an information campaign was organized against the drug in the republic, which became part of the political struggle.
As emphasized in the fund, the effectiveness and safety of the Russian vaccine have been confirmed in the course of clinical trials and real use around the world.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health of Slovakia announced that the vaccination with "Sputnik V" is nearing completion in the country.
The drug began to be used in the republic on June 7, registration for vaccination was completed on June 30. More than 15 thousand residents, including the Deputy Prime Minister and the head of the Ministry of Finance, expressed their desire to be implanted in them.
