August 31, 2021 A 75-year-old Vicenza lost his life this morning in an accident at work in an engineering workshop in Lusiana (Vicenza), one of the mountain municipalities of the Asiago plateau.
According to an initial reconstruction, the man, inside his metalworking workshop, was working with a forklift which, due to causes under investigation, overturned and would have run over him.
The victim was noticed on the ground by a passerby who immediately raised the alarm. The Asiago Fire Brigade arrived on the spot and secured the vehicle and collaborated with the Suem 118 health personnel, intervening with the ambulance.
