The suspected rape must have occurred at 00.30, the night before Saturday and the crime scene must be the public toilet on the southern harbor level in central Luleå.
Allows sexual intercourse
The suspect is in his 20s and the woman is about the same age.
- He is suspected of having carried out a rape of a woman in the southern harbor in Luleå, a woman he does not know before.
He admits that there has been some kind of sexual act in the toilet, but he denies the crime, says chamber prosecutor Åsa Valter.
Prosecutor: "There are witnesses"
She considers the state of evidence to be relatively good because the man was arrested by the district court for probable cause with restrictions.
