The American leader noted that the radical Taliban movement promised to provide an opportunity to freely leave Afghanistan for foreigners and citizens of the republic who helped the United States.

Biden stressed that "the world will pursue these commitments."

Earlier, a spokesman for the US Department of Defense, General Kenneth Mackenzie, said that the United States, after the completion of the military operation to evacuate people from Kabul, will continue to try to organize the departure of Americans from Afghanistan.
