The criticism is mainly about situations that have arisen in Vintrosa, Vretstorp and Zinkgruvan.

During rush hour, not everyone has a place, which has led to travelers being late for work or school.

Fredrik Eliasson from Länstrafiken says he understands the problem, but at the same time believes that it is difficult to predict.

- The first week of school is difficult, but it is no excuse.

Students do not follow their regular schedule and then we can have large groups of students who will travel with the same bus departure, he says and continues:

- It is not easy to predict which departure we will get many travelers and therefore situations like this can occur and it is very unfortunate.

Criticism from several quarters

In a couple of weeks, the problem will not be the same, according to the public transport manager.

At the same time, Länstrafiken is now trying to deploy buses to the places where it is needed, as soon as they can.

Länstrafiken has received reports from bus drivers and from travelers about the situation.

If the problems persist, Länstrafiken will review the stops where extra buses may be needed more frequently.
