"I am totally at odds with my parents when it comes to cooking", explains Maurice Barthélemy with humor.

“To be honest, they weren't overcooking. My dad didn't cook a lot. My mom instead made food for friends, but not on a daily basis. They ate more out of necessity than pleasure. And after a while. , I said no. I really want to enjoy food and the pleasure it provides. "

Mixture of genres
