Sounded the alarm
One person found the document and sounded the alarm to the Norrbotten Region, which is now taking action.
- We do everything we can to track what has been lost and will report ourselves to the Privacy Protection Authority.

Documents that contain personal information are covered by patient confidentiality. When they are cleaned out, they must be destroyed, for example by running through a piece of paper.
