"Since the beginning of the year, there have been 426 road accidents, in which we lost seven children, 450 were injured of varying severity," Loginovsky said.
On July 26, it was reported that in the first half of 2021, traffic police registered 19 traffic accidents involving minors who used scooters, including electric ones, at the time of the accident.
