August 26, 2021At Silverstone, for the British GP, Valentino Rossi begins the weekend talking about his fatherhood and his daughter on the way: "We wanted to take a break after retiring, but we wasted no time! We are happy, two years ago it would have been a blow but now I'm happy. Then it's a girl, I would have preferred a boy, but at least I won't put her on the bike ... ".

The rider from Tavullia leaves the world championship after a successful career.

Since his debut in 1996, Rossi hangs up his “helmet” after 25 long years topped off with 9 world titles, 115 victories and 235 podiums in more than 400 races.

Record numbers that make Rossi the only rider to have won in four different categories, including 125, 250, 500 and MotoGP.
