A 19-year-old Indian girl was badly beaten by her family members for talking to her male cousins on the phone.
This incident took place in the Dar area in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, where a number of the girl’s family threw her to the ground, stripped her of her clothes and beat her with a stick, after learning about her conversation over the phone with her relatives, according to the Saudi newspaper Al-Marsad.
The video clip documented, a large number of men gathered on a lake in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, and gathered around the girl, while her family members beat him severely, all over her body.
The girl tried to sympathize with her family members, but they did not respond to her, and none of those present intervened to defend her, as the video clip showed.
