In order to effectively respond to social concerns, the Ministry of Education continues to support some Chinese-foreign cooperative education institutions and projects, as well as the Mainland (Mainland) and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan cooperative education institutions and projects (hereinafter referred to as cooperative education institutions and projects) through independent enrollment to alleviate the impact of the epidemic. The difficulty of not being able to study abroad.
Relevant cooperative educational institutions and projects will give full play to the characteristics of cooperative educational institutions under the premise of ensuring educational fairness, and provide students with domestic education opportunities through two-way selection and merit-based admission.
This independent enrollment is not included in the national unified enrollment plan, does not occupy the original enrollment indicators of colleges and universities, and has no impact on other types of enrollment in colleges and universities.

It is understood that relevant provincial education administrative departments and colleges and universities have successively started enrollment work.
In addition, the Ministry of Education continues to support relevant colleges and universities to accept short-term study of overseas students in the form of inter-school exchanges, commissioned training and other forms of credit mutual recognition under the premise of ensuring education fairness, and provide them with a domestic learning platform.
