Earlier in the summer, a first report came out concerning the nursing home Kolla.

Criticism now continues against the private company Vardaga's other accommodation in Kungsbacka: Ekhaga, Blåvingevägen and Vickan.

Among other things, an external review states that the company does not follow the agreement with the municipality, signs of a lack of introduction to new employees and inadequate follow-up of the daily work, which can lead to risks for residents.

Everyday life: Has the highest priority

Gertrud Öjetoft, regional manager at Vardaga, comments on the criticism that work has been going on all year for the company to live up to the agreement with the municipality and that it has the highest priority.

- It is clear that we are not satisfied until we are in port with the work, says Gertrud Öjetoft.

In October, the last final reports are expected and the municipality will make a decision on the future of the company.

This is what the regional manager said in June when shortcomings for Kolla care and nursing homes were identified.
