A 55-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. The police received an alarm about a riot from an apartment in Östersund at around 10 pm on Tuesday evening. A seriously injured woman in her 60s was found at the scene and taken by ambulance to hospital. -She has been injured with some form of shelter, says Björn Pettersson at the police. The apartment is cordoned off and the police are questioning neighbors.
