The General Administration of Market Supervision attaches great importance to it and promptly guides and coordinates local market supervision departments to carry out inspections and disposals in accordance with the law; with the determination of "zero tolerance", the local market supervision departments will strictly and quickly investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations, draw inferences from one another and carry out comprehensive investigations, and resolutely eliminate food safety Hidden risks.
1. The situation of Xiaolongkan hot pot restaurant investigated and handled by the market supervision departments of Shandong and Sichuan provinces
After the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Department learned of the clues that the Xiaolongkan hot pot restaurant in Jinan City used the black workshop to process counterfeit "fresh duck blood", it immediately joined the public security organs to conduct surprise inspections of the stores involved, and control the persons in charge and practitioners of the "black dens" on the spot. Seal up the black dens that process counterfeit "fresh duck blood", and at the same time conduct investigations on the production enterprises of edible animal blood products in Shandong Province, conduct random inspections on blood products, and conduct a comprehensive investigation on hot pot restaurants.
So far, 317 corrections have been ordered, 36 cases have been filed for investigation, and 2 criminal suspects in "black dens" and 15 employees of catering service units have been investigated for legal responsibilities according to law; 20 illegal catering service units have been subject to maximum punishment. From May 15th to 16th, the Henan Provincial Market Supervision Department conducted a comprehensive investigation of 1,791 Michelle Bingcheng stores in Henan, and ordered 5 stores to suspend business for rectification, and imposed administrative penalties on 9 stores.
3. Beijing and Shanghai market supervision departments investigate and deal with Wallace fast food restaurants
On July 17, when the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Department learned of clues to food safety issues such as the continued use of fried chicken in the Wallace fast food restaurant in Beijing, it immediately conducted an on-site inspection of the store involved, and conducted an on-site inspection for its violations of laws and regulations. The case was filed and investigated, the food business license of the store involved was revoked in accordance with the law, the main person in charge of the store was fined 195,700 yuan, and the person directly in charge was fined 36,800 yuan.
On July 18, the market supervision departments of Beijing and Shanghai conducted a comprehensive investigation of Wallace stores and their raw material distribution centers within their jurisdictions, ordered 17 on-site rectifications, and filed 11 cases for investigation.

The store involved was sealed up, the illegal gains were confiscated, and a fine of 50,000 yuan was imposed.
On July 26, under the overall guidance of the General Administration of Market Supervision, the market supervision departments of 11 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) including Guangdong, Shanghai, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, and Henan conducted a comprehensive investigation There were 3,323 Yang Guofu Mala Tang stores in the jurisdiction, 841 were ordered to rectify, 5 were warned, and 24 cases were filed and investigated.
5. The Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Department and the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Department investigated and dealt with the situation of Naixue’s tea milk tea shop
On August 2, the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Department immediately carried out an on-site inspection of the store involved and initiated a case against its violations of laws and regulations after learning of clues about food safety issues such as the processing and use of rotten fruits in the milk tea shop of "Naixue's Tea" in Beijing. The investigation revealed that both the two stores involved will be fined 100,000 yuan, and the managers of the two stores will be fined 250,000 yuan and 280,000 yuan respectively.
On August 3, the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Department and the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Department comprehensively investigated 1,811 tea and similar stores in Naixue within their jurisdiction, ordered 50 rectifications, warned 2 and filed and investigated 23 cases.
6. The investigation and handling of RT-Mart supermarket by the market supervision department of Shandong Province
On August 16, the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Department immediately ordered the stores involved to remove all pork from the shelves, stop selling the pork, and seized them on the spot after learning of the clues discovered by the media that the RT-Mart Supermarket in Jinan City "smelled the meat overnight and sold it again". 860 kilograms of cold fresh pork products were stocked; a comprehensive inspection of the stores involved was carried out, and investigations were filed. The investigation is currently being further carried out; all 12 batches of samples including cold fresh pork seized on site were sampled and inspected.
The Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Department organized an interview with the person in charge of the North China area of the store involved and the person in charge of the store, requesting all 41 stores in Shandong Province to stop selling self-operated meat and conduct self-inspection.
After the self-inspection and rectification of each store is completed, the local market supervision department must check and meet the requirements before re-selling.
In the case investigation results notified above, due to administrative law enforcement procedures and time, some cases have not yet reached a final punishment decision.
The State Administration of Market Supervision will further supervise and guide the relevant market supervision departments to investigate and deal with them in accordance with the law as soon as possible.
