Second exit and second victory for Italy at the women's volleyball European Championships, staged in Serbia (Belgrade), Bulgaria (Plovdiv), Croatia (Zara) and Romania (Cluj-Napoca). At the Krešimir Ćosić Hall in Zara, the blue team of coach Davide Mazzanti beat Hungary 3-0 (25-16 25-15 25-19), repeating the success (again 3-0) over Belarus in the first match of the group C.
