Modifying the measures to address the COVID-19 pandemic in the federal government

Employees who have obtained a medical report or certificate approved by the official health authorities in the country, indicating that they cannot receive the Covid-19 vaccine, according to their health / sick condition, are also excluded from the previous procedures, provided that the employee is committed to performing a nasal swab examination (PCR) every (48) ) hour.

The circular indicated that all outsourcing companies, public service companies and the like that are contracted with (current and future) federal government agencies must conduct a nasal swab examination for their employees who are present or who will be present on a daily basis at the federal entity’s workplaces, every (48) An hour at the expense of those contracted companies or institutes, with the exception of the employees of those companies who received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.

The authority’s circular stated that in the event of contracting with consulting companies or houses of expertise and the like by the federal authorities and requires the passage of its employees to the workplaces of the federal government entity;

To attend meetings or discussions, and other tasks according to the contract, the federal government entity must ensure that the employees of these companies produce a valid examination result for the nasal swab for a period not exceeding (48) hours, with the exception of employees who received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
