House of Prayer is a gathering place for many in the Halmstad area with an African background.
They meet every Sunday for worship in a room in an industrial area.
At least once a year, they have cultural festivals where parishioners and guests dress up in costumes and outfits typical of their respective countries of origin to sing, dance, tell and in other ways mark what unites and separates the different countries.
