Raab announced this on his Twitter account.

“Today, Le Drian and I talked about working through our shared membership in the G7, NATO and the UN Security Council to build consensus on the future of Afghanistan, which should ensure our security and the delivery of humanitarian aid where it is needed,” he wrote.

Earlier, the head of the British Foreign Office discussed the situation in Afghanistan with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.

According to Raab, the United Kingdom and the United States are cooperating on issues related to the evacuation of citizens and Afghans, as well as developing an international strategy to combat terrorism.
