The checkpoint on the way to Kabul Airport has been seized by the Taliban, and gunshots are ringing around the airport day and night to disperse the crowd.

The New York Times, citing a UN report, reported that the Taliban are running door-to-door searches for Afghans who have cooperated with Western countries and are threatening to kill or arrest their families if they do not surrender.




German public broadcaster Deutsche Wele reported that the Taliban broke into a house and killed a family member in an attempt to catch a reporter belonging to the Taliban.



As Taliban oppression becomes a reality, protests are taking place.



Since yesterday (19th), Afghanistan's Independence Day, protests against the Taliban have continued with flags in various cities including the capital Kabul.



According to local media and social media testimonies, it is known that the Taliban opened fire on the protesters, killing people in various places.
