“According to preliminary data, at about 15:00, while following the Kaliningrad South Bypass highway, the Audi driver fell asleep at the wheel, drove into the lane for oncoming traffic and collided with Mercedes, FIAT and Toyota cars,” TASS reports.
As specified, three people were injured in the accident, including a minor.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs added that the circumstances of the incident are currently being established.
Earlier, in a suburb of Vladivostok, ten people were injured in a car accident with a minibus, including two children.
