The Smart Police Stations (SPS) of the Dubai Police General Command recorded 66,432 transactions completed by dealers without human intervention during the first half of this year, including 3,884 reports, while the number of visitors to these centers reached 308,865 visitors.

Brigadier Jamal Salem Al Jallaf, Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation and Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Smart Police Stations Project, said that the number of smart police stations in the Emirate of Dubai has reached 16, distributed in different regions according to the needs of each region and the nature of the population.

He added that the culture of using smart services and systems provided by Dubai Police is witnessing a remarkable rise according to the recorded results and statistics, which reflects its success in developing the smart centers project, and its keenness to provide services that meet the needs of the community, guarantee them the highest levels of comfort, and ensure the government's directions in reducing the number of people Auditors of traditional centers.

Al Jallaf pointed out that the smart police stations provide their services in seven languages ​​(Arabic, English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Chinese), taking into account the cultural diversity of Dubai, and facilitating the auditors to complete their transactions in different languages, within the framework of the Dubai Police plan for the complete transformation into police stations. Smart Police provide its services 24 hours a day without stopping.

The last phase of the smart police station project included the opening of five stations distributed across the emirate, allowing community members to benefit from all Dubai police services that are provided in traditional police stations.

The centers offer a wide range of criminal, traffic and community services, amounting to 45 services, some of which are provided differently according to the center, whether it is "SPS", "Drive Through" or "Walk In".
