Moreover, as he noted, under the guise of representatives of election headquarters, attackers who want to gain access to a citizen's home or personal data may be hiding.

“In this regard, I ask you to assess the feasibility of amending federal legislation in terms of introducing restrictions for representatives of election headquarters to visit the places of residence of voters,” the appeal says.
