The prosecutor of Kalmykia put the investigation of the case under control.

“In addition, the supervisory agency organized an inspection of compliance with the requirements of federal legislation on road safety,” the prosecutor’s office said.

Earlier in Kalmykia, five people died as a result of a collision of a car with a truck on the R-216 highway.
