Germany, one of the main donor countries, already announced Monday the suspension of its annual aid of 430 million euros.

According to the governor of the Central Bank, 340 million dollars were to be paid in the coming days.
A country dependent on foreign aid for decades
Other resources will be suspended like the last tranche of an aid program to face the health crisis: 105.6 million dollars.
Deeply dependent for decades on foreign aid programs, Afghanistan should also not have access to the country's dollar reserves stored abroad.
The Taliban
enjoy the revenues from criminal activities and taxes levied on the population, a population whose fate alarms the World Health Organization.
The WHO, which is trying to maintain its activity there, calls for everything to ensure sustainable access to humanitarian aid.
