The comprehensive real estate tax base for one household per household will be raised from 900 million won to 1.1 billion won.

The bill to impose the 'top 2%' of the published price, which the Democratic Party had pushed through with the party theory bill, was abruptly abolished.

The National Assembly Planning and Finance Committee reached an agreement on the alternative tax revision bill that contained such content in the Tax Subcommittee on the morning of the 19th.

The main point is to raise the additional deduction for the one-family property tax from 300 million won to 500 million won.

If we add 600 million won to the basic deduction, the tax base is 1.1 billion won.

The opposition and opposition parties came up with a dramatic compromise in consideration of the need for easing single-homeowners due to rising housing prices and the fact that the current baseline is about 1.1 billion won when applying the 'top 2%' standard.

The Democratic Party tried to revise the tax base to the top 2% fixed rate in consideration of the purpose of the tax on high-income earners, but it seems to have accepted the criticism that it is against the tax system at the last minute.

The power of the people has also been adhering to the fixed-rate standard, saying it is a 'deformation of rounds and wrongs' that goes against the rule of tax law.

The bill to amend the tax law, passed by the second lieutenant today, is expected to be presented to the National Assembly plenary session on the 25th after going through the plenary session of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in the afternoon.
