The department revealed “violations of the tax legislation of the Republic of Belarus”.
“After determining the final amount of unpaid taxes to the state, the investigation will give a legal assessment of the actions of the BelaPAN officials under Art.
243 (tax evasion, tax evasion) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus ", - explained in the Investigative Committee.
On August 13, the Belarusian authorities recognized the Belarusian information and service Internet portal TUT.BY and its analogues in social networks and instant messengers as extremist.
As explained in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the expert commission recognized the media resource as a platform for propaganda of extremist activities aimed at inciting social, political and ideological enmity or discord and organizing or carrying out mass riots.
