Due to the deteriorating corona situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has decided to color code the entire coastline of Croatia and the countries of Norway and Bulgaria in yellow.

This means that travelers returning from those areas must be able to show a corona certificate.

From Thursday, the entire region of Jadranska Hrvatska, Croatia's Adriatic coast, will turn yellow on the map.

Travelers must complete an electronic form before their flight and have the digital corona certificate ready.

For the other rules, see the ministry's website.

The code yellow also applies to Norway from Thursday.

The Scandinavian country already has strict requirements for travelers.

For example, you can only go there if you live, work, visit family or study in Norway.

People who have been fully vaccinated or have recently recovered from the corona virus are also allowed to go to Norway.

Bulgaria will soon also have to do it with code yellow.

To enter the country, you must have had the last corona jab or show a negative test at least fourteen days ago.

All conditions can be read on Nederlandwereldwijd.nl.

Travel Advice #Croatia will change from August 19, 2021. The color code for the Jadranska Hrvatska region will change from green to yellow.

Travelers from this region to NL must show a corona certificate from August 21. Read the entire travel advice: https://t.co/NTeyj9FFVp

Improvement: In an earlier version of this article we wrote that you can only travel to Norway if you live, work, visit family or study there.

However, people who have been fully vaccinated or have recently recovered from the virus are also allowed to go to Norway.

We have added this.
