The ministry confirmed, on its website, that establishments with a surplus of non-national workers authorized to work for them must register their data in the virtual labor market system on the website careers.mohre.gov.ae to support the needs of the labor market in light of the suspension of recruitment From outside the country, and according to the needs of other establishments, provided that their commitment to these workers remains valid in terms of housing and fulfillment of all their entitlements (except for wages), until they leave the country or permit them to work in another establishment.

The ministry stated that establishments wishing to employ existing workers within the country must display the jobs available to them in the virtual labor market system, search the available labor database and choose what matches their requirements in the available jobs.
