A man injured by a stab in the throat in Seine-Maritime

A man was rushed to the Rouen University Hospital (Seine-Maritime) on the evening of Sunday, August 15.

He was then transported to the Rouen University Hospital.

The person responsible for the alleged stabbing was arrested by the anti-crime squad.
