“As of now, the Ukrainian Embassy in Tajikistan has established a direct connection with 74 citizens of Ukraine and members of their families, who have expressed a desire to return to Ukraine, given the sharp deterioration in the socio-economic situation in Afghanistan.
We advise citizens who are in danger to contact the hotline of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or our embassies in Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, which today, together with our western partners, are working out routes for the evacuation of our citizens, ”UNIAN quotes him as saying.
He noted that Ukraine is ready to help international partners in the evacuation of their citizens.
Earlier, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that the country's authorities are sending a plane to Kabul to evacuate people.
