“Tajikistan received an SOS signal, after which, in accordance with international obligations, it was decided to allow the landing of an aircraft that took off from Afghanistan at the airport in the city of Bokhtar (Khatlon region of Tajikistan),” the message says.

It is noted that "more than 100 Afghan servicemen were landed."
