The police have already begun to see how burglary has increased in Norrland and fear that criminal gangs are on the rise in the country, but they also warn that the onset of darkness leads to local criminals taking the opportunity to commit burglary.
- Partly it is the season when darkness comes, so we know statistically that it increases the risk of being exposed to burglary, says Lars Öberg.
I suspect that these are the same people
At present, the police in Norrbotten can not establish that it is exactly the same people who are now on a theft tour in Norrland but suspect that there are connections.
