The doctor has long worked in a high position within the Dalarna Region.
The incidents criticized by Ivo were first noticed in 2014. The doctor has on two previous occasions received written warnings due to lack of record keeping.
Despite the warnings, the problems must have partly continued.
The doctor has also failed to issue referrals, prescriptions but also medical certificates in time.
Ivo writes in his critique that the doctor showed a "nonchalant attitude".
The doctor believes that the problems were due to an excessive workload, something that should have been pointed out to the employer but which the doctor says he has not received any help with.
