Holiday payroll debts, delayed corona subsidies and fewer inhabitants resulted in a significantly higher municipal debt in 2020 than expected for Bjurholm.

But this year, the economy looks better after, among other things, they sold properties and saved boards in the municipality.

- The economy is significantly better this year, however, we must continue to think about the expenses we have and invest wisely, says Christina Lidström (M).

Promote growth

- An important part of selling the property was to create a growth and possibly an influx that would be very positive for us, says Hans Edlund, property manager in Bjurholm municipality.
