The report of the Forensic Medicine Department stated that the accused intended to kill the victim, but she tried to prevent him and mitigate the blows directed at her, all of which were fixed through injuries on the hand, preventing the knife from reaching her neck, as the accused intended to slaughter her from the neck, but she resisted him with her hands. And she pointed out that her client had suffered moral damage, which represented an infringement on her freedom, honor, honor, reputation and social status.

She explained that her client demands to oblige the victim to pay her one million dirhams in compensation for the material and moral damage she sustained, including 900,000 dirhams in compensation for physical and moral damage, and 100,000 dirhams in compensation for damage to her car, and obligating the victim with all fees, expenses and attorney fees.
