SVT has previously examined the case of Johan, who is actually called something else.

Johan is autistic and has ADHD.

The first time he was reported to the police was several years ago.

Since then, at least 15 cases of assault have been reported.

The assaults have mostly been directed at girls, the youngest have been five years old and the oldest about ten years.

Johan has pushed the children over, thrown them to the ground and pulled them by the hair.

Johan has not previously been brought to justice, but has been driven home to his parents and returned to the care he has already received.

But this has meant that he has been able to escape from his parents and continue to commit crimes, usually in his immediate environment.

A police officer has previously described the process as "part 22".

Recently, Johan, who is now 19 years old, has lived in a group home in southern Sweden.

Wanted girlfriend

During the trial that has now been held, Johan has denied the crime and said that he only wanted to play with the children.

Johan is now convicted of five counts of assault and one count of sexual harassment, when he squeezed a girl on the ass.

In that case, he has explained to the court that he wanted her as his girlfriend.

He is also convicted of aggravated theft when he broke into a home and stole Lego.

An investigation has shown that Johan committed the crimes under the influence of a serious mental disorder and that he also suffered from that disorder at the time of the investigation.

He is therefore sentenced to forensic psychiatric care with a special discharge examination,

Johan will pay damages to the affected children of just over SEK 70,000.

Part of the damages must be paid by his parents.
