His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said: "Today we approved the results of the star rating for 69 government service centers.. 14 centers have achieved an increase in their classification. The Fujairah Traffic and Licensing Center and the Identity Authority, Al Barsha branch in Dubai, received the highest rating, which is 6 stars. Congratulations to the centers. The 6-stars... and for the 3-star centers, we say technology has advanced and offers better services than that.”

His Highness stressed that "serving people and facilitating their lives will remain a main pillar in the course of our government work, and the ultimate goal of all plans and programs of the UAE government."

This came on the occasion of His Highness’ approval of the results of the evaluation of service centers according to the international star system for classifying services for the fourth session, which included the evaluation of 69 centers in 12 federal government agencies in the country. Six-star rating, which is the first time that any of the service delivery centers in the federal government has been given a six-star rating, setting a precedent since the implementation of the global star rating system, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in 2012.

The fourth cycle of the global star rating system for services witnessed two centers obtain a six-star rating, 14 centers have a five-star rating, 32 centers have a four-star rating, and 21 centers have a three-star rating, in addition to entering 14 centers for the first time in the evaluation processes, and achieving 14 centers An increase in its rating, while a decrease in the rating of 19 centers within the results of the evaluation of service centers according to the international star system for rating services.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum also indicated that despite the challenges posed by the "Covid-19" pandemic, the UAE government was able to continue to work and continue to provide services in all service centers, transforming challenges into opportunities and proving a great readiness and ability. In dealing with crises and exceptional cases, it has made qualitative leaps in developing government work methods, which confirms that it is one of the best governments in the world prepared and ready to deal with changes and emergency situations.

His Highness said: "We have seen parties that have exceeded expectations and achieved a six-star rating, and others whose ratings have declined, and destinations that are still stagnant... We tell everyone that the ceiling of ambitions and expectations will rise during the next stage."

His Highness congratulated the distinguished entities that received a six-star rating and thanked their efforts and dedication to work and development, saying: “We congratulate the Ministry of Interior and the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, for their centers receiving a six-star rating. They are affiliated with them on honorable and distinguished results, which support the process of developing the government work model, meet the requirements of the future, and bring benefit to all groups and members of society.”

His Highness stressed the importance of listening to the customer's voice, enhancing his confidence in government services, and providing distinguished services that meet his ambitions and aspirations and suit his needs and preferences, which constitute a fundamental pillar of future government work to reach the best government in the world in providing government services.

The fourth cycle of the global star rating system for services included the evaluation of a selection of Emirati residents and the use of repeated visits to the mystery shopper and his evaluations to enhance transparency and accuracy in results and the use of reactions and comments of dealers on social media, which ensures that service centers in government agencies obtain the due results, given that Service trust is the basis for evaluations.
