Gävle Pride takes place between 12 and 15 August this year.

Musikhuset Sjömanskyrkan has been converted into Pride House, where you can watch an art exhibition and listen to conversations.

On Saturday, the main number went off the rails, the Pride Parade itself.

Instead of the parade train, which usually attracts around 5,000 people, the celebrations were divided into smaller groups.

The host Magnus Carlsson kept everything together from the studio.

- We will have two flying reporters who visit the company during the day and there they will do different challenges and report to us in the studio, said Magnus Carlsson.

Aiming for regular celebrations next year

Even though the celebration takes place in more places than ever, Magnus Carlsson looks forward to being able to celebrate as usual.

- It is clear that I and the people of Gävle miss having a parade that goes through the city.

But next year, then we really hope to be able to do it.
