In the meantime, it became known that a terminal for the non-contact diagnostics of respiratory diseases had been developed in Russia.

RT was told about this in the press service of the platform of the National Technology Initiative (NTI).

They explained that the procedure does not take much time, which will allow it to be carried out in crowded places.

Testing is carried out in three stages using a terminal called "Neuronics".

It identifies the person standing in front of him and remotely measures his body temperature.

If during the diagnostics it turns out that it exceeds a predetermined threshold, the user will not be able, for example, to enter the room.

At the third stage, using a voice assistant, the terminal asks the person standing in front of it to cough for a short time, after which it processes the audio data and sends it to a remote server. It takes no more than one minute to record sound and receive a response.
