"Abu Dhabi Emergency and Crisis" announces the procedures for approving the vaccination certificate issued from outside the country

The Committee for the Management of Emergencies, Crises and Disasters caused by the Corona pandemic in Abu Dhabi announced the procedures for approving the vaccination certificate issued from outside the country for visitors coming to the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The adoption of the vaccination certificate enables visitors to use the green traffic system on the Al Hosn application, with the implementation of the decision to restrict entry to some public places in the emirate for the two restaurants as of August 20, 2021.

Before traveling to the emirate, the visitor must register on the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship application or its website, through the “Arrivals Registration” service, fill out the form and attach documents proving the vaccination status, and then the visitor receives a text message that includes a link to download the Al Hosn application.

Upon arrival in Abu Dhabi, the visitor obtains the unified number at the airport or through the application of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship or its website, and registers on the Al-Hosn application using the unified number, the phone number registered with the authority, or the personal phone number when conducting a nasal swab PCR examination in Country.

The visitor receives a one-time password (OTP) to complete the registration procedures on the Al-Hosn application, which enables the user to view his health status, vaccination information, examinations, travel and use the QR code.
