It is clarified that Romarico Vidal Sotomayor Garcia and Pedro Orlando Martinez Fernandez from the Cuban Interior Ministry fell under the new US restrictions introduced under the Magnitsky Act.
Earlier, the US Treasury has already imposed sanctions on the Cuban police and its representatives.
