More than 60 illegal and criminal acts have effectively maintained the order of epidemic prevention and control and social stability.
The public security organs of various localities shall punish them severely and promptly in accordance with the law for illegal acts that hinder the prevention and control of infectious diseases, fabricate and spread false epidemic information.
For example, Mao Mouning in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province arbitrarily left the place where the control measures were taken, and concealed his personal itinerary, and refused to implement the epidemic prevention and control measures, which caused serious consequences. On July 29, he was taken criminal detention by the Yangzhou Public Security Bureau according to law.

The public security organs stated that those who violated the law and committed illegal or criminal acts during the epidemic prevention and control period must bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
